Rose Heating & Air Conditioning is a locally owned and operated residential and commercial HVAC contractor servicing Northern California.
Our service areas include the San Francisco Bay Area, North Bay, East Bay, the Wine County (Sonoma and Napa counties), Santa Rosa, Lake County and the Central Valley (including San Joaquin, Stanislaus and Merced counties). If the weather turns cold or hot suddenly, our staff is fully prepared to respond to a high volume of service calls.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee includes priority service for existing customers; no charge for covered labor and parts per the manufacture's written warranty; and unlimited no-charge service calls for the first 90 days after a unit is installed.

Training & Knowledge
All of our employees have extensive training and experience. They complete a rigorous 80-hour program prior to starting work in the field.
Parts & Equipment
Our trucks are fully stocked with parts. This allows us to complete 95% of our service calls during the first visit. No waiting for the parts to come in!
